I was there about 18 or 19 years ago, I am more of a greenery type of guy, but this place was amazing, I'm originally from souther California, close to Joshua tree Nat Park. Death valley is among the best places I've seen! Upon getting to bad water, one has to walk through some sort of a small canyon, that was honestly one of the most surreal places I've ever been to. I'll never forget that place!

I went to this place yesterday with my friend, with a 4x4 truck, the trail was really terrible though... but the weather is almost perfect to hike. We drove around for almost 6 hours just to take pictures for souvenirs, and looking for something new. Planning to go back and bring more GAS, water and foods as well. No wifi and internet connection. A good planning, well prepared, gps and map needed for expedition. Watch out of the falling rock behind the boulders and on the road. Car is not advisable. Luckily, we got back to the last gas station before we run out of gas on the road.

What about Keane Wonder Mine? If you're going back toward Furnace Creek, do Artist Drive on the way back. It's one way and makes some unnecessary extra driving. If entering from NV,you might want to go to Dantes View first, then go to Furnace Creek. You might miss Titus Canyon, but the park is so big, I'm sure most people don't see everything.
