@@joemono4727 He's immortal as long as he has "sacrifices" but if they meam post-heresy emperor then he's a bag of bones on death's doorstep. Pre-heresy has an extended life span so it's more fitting there but he can die. Neither emperor states are "true" immortals just biologically immortal (only death by old age but not really much else of course post-heresy is immortal but due to outside force). My money is still on the emperor though

Lord Hal Liu Kang is not beating Iron Fist. Yes I know In Mk11 he basically became a god but he still doesn’t have any feats that put him past Iron Fist. Like for Example when Fire God Liu Kang wiped out that army of demons with an explosion falling from the sky. That was him fused with Raiden.

Agent 47 It's probably not the best matchup (Probably because 47 likely dosen't have that much experience in combat and John is able to kill a man with just a pencil), but a part of me does wanna see it happen.

Aang vs Ed? My first thought was that Aang would destroy Ed. He can control all the elements and enter the avatar state.. But then I remembered.. Ed can just use alchemy to control the elements as well. Anything in Aang's arsenal can be turned into something else by Ed. We've seen Ed/Armstrong create and re-shape earth and metal. We've seen Mustang manipulate fire. Isaac McDougal's main thing is manipulating ice and water. (Yes, even blood) And we've seen Al create and control tornadoes. (At the end of the series once he's gotten his body back, and is looking for a way to get Ed back.) I LOVE the Avatar series, but I just can't think of anything that anyone in the series could do that the Alchemists can't do better. On top of that there is WAY more that the Alchemists can do (especially Ed) that the characters in the Avatar series couldn't even dream of. (Take the episode with Lyra and how she manipulates the air around her to create an explosion... We've never seen anything close to that in the Avatar series. The closest we've come is combustion bending, which is a fire thing using Chi.. Not the elements. (For context Lyra compresses the moisture in the air, and instantly vaporizes it. The resulting explosion is caused by the surrounding air rushing to fill the vaccuum at intense speeds. This creates massive amounts of friction when the air molecules smash into each other and create a shockwave... This is in the show. You can go watch it happen and see it explained.. Avatar has nothing like this. And it's assumed that anything any alchemist can do; any other alchemist can do as well. Especially one as talented and skilled as Edward Elric.)) I'm a super fan of both series, and possibly Avatar more so, but I just can't see Aang winning this one. The only thing Aang has over Ed, is speed and patience. Ed is stronger, more durable, and more clever. He'll out-think Aang, and come up with more creative ways to take him down.

While Ed does have the potential to convert any element into another one afaik he still hasn't shown to do this (unfortunately we won't ever be able to see him do this), so in theory he should but in practice we will never know because he's never shown to do so. I think the only possible thing to defend against Aang is his metal.

When power scaling, do you take in to effect universal scaling as well? For instance... Olympic athlete in DC (Batman) can do superhuman feats. Scaling his power v Olympic athletes (our earth) scales durability/size of DC universe v our universe. This is the same idea that wrestling companies will ‘weaken’ the ring, then in the illusion attribute the wrestlers as being more powerful. (See Brock Lesner v Big Show suplex). If the universe itself is smaller (DC) or the density of earth is weak (dragon ball z) it would have an impact on the numbers being used. Sorry, just wondering. Love the show. Thanks.

Honestly, in this case, it's probably best if they don't have the voice actor anyway. Vic Mignogna, who voices Edward Elric (as well as like a hundred other anime and video game characters), actually worked with Rooster Teeth, playing Qrow in RWBY. But he has so many seemingly credible sexual assault allegations against him, going back for decades, that Rooster Teeth and other companies like Funimation severed ties with him back in February of this year after an investigation. And then he announced he's suing them, and then they announced they're filing to dismiss the lawsuit just a few days ago, and it's a huge mess with this guy who really probably shouldn't be working in the industry anymore. So it's probably best if Death Battle doesn't get wrapped up in this.

Remoraid is a Gen 2 Pokémon that evolves into Octillery (an octopus). Yes, it's strange, but there's a good reason for that: There was a leaked sprite sheet about Gold/Silver scrapped Pokémon designs. Remoraid was supposed to be a cross between a barrelled pistol and an archer fish, while Octillery was supposed to have a white soldier helmet, similar to a tank. GameFreaks, or Nintendo, considered the designs too controversial and toned them down. Remoraid had its "barrel" phased out.
