Here, I'll explain how it works: -She travels to the past with a spell and the magic of a specific place, to any time or place she wants for as long as she wants, and can come back or move to other places/time if she wants -Now the complex part. If someone tries to follow her using her spell, the spell sends her moments earlier to the second persons arrival, so she can ambush them, and whenever a change in history is made, the second person gets "ejected" into whatever alternate timeline it creates, having to use the spell on the same place as she did (but on a whole other alternate version of the world) to go back to try to fix it. -And this creates a time loop in which, every time you follow her or try to fix the timeline, she's sent a few moments earlier and it's aware that you're coming, over and over -So, how do you beat that? That's the neat part, you don't. Kenshiro is definitely more durable, but he's no stand user so he can't see star platinum who has ridiculous destructive force precision and speed with his punches. Also the ability to you know stop time. Jotaro is also quite a bit smarter than Kenshiro. Kenshiro does have a ton of techniques that would essentially Insta kill Jotaro if they land, but he has to hit someone who can stop time and hits like a truck. It'll be a battle of endurance will Jotaro be able to protect himself from the precise pressure point head exploding powers of the fist of the North star long enough to ora ora rush Kenshiro into the ground, or will Kenshiro endure attacks from a source it's impossible for him to see long enough for him to land one of his deadly hits

Leonardo Petersen It's not all about strength to be perfectly honest. Sure, Twilight's magical output isn't anywhere near as much as Raven's own which is why it can break through her barrier. That being said, it's the amount of Twilight's own magical hax that can overtake the fight in an entirely different direction like the "Want it, Need it" spell or the transfiguration spell. She can even seal a person's mouth shut like a zipper or even take away another pony's magic which leaves that a bit ambiguous over whether or not that applies to other magic users. The real reason why Raven wins this is in her "astral projection" which is the giant Raven that she summons regardless if she's in her human form or transformed into a plant. Twilight just doesn't have an answer to that specific thing.
