xxPhilips my answer will come from an Islamic stand point and it’s the Quran. We Muslims believe and claim that the Quran is the literal words of God, and since Allah is all knowing, all powerful then Allah in the Quran says Jesus was raised and saved from crucification, I would have to believe it’s true. You will have to challenge that the Quran is not the words of God to disapprove the Islamic narratives on Jesus.

The Apostles saw Jesus after he was resurrected and Thomas challenged Jesus who showed his wounds from the crucifixion. Not one one deciple ever refuted Jesus' resurrection. Jesus is the only one known for healing people and raising someone from the dead as he raised Lazarus who had been dead for days and his body was disintegrating. No one else spoke ideas unique in Jesus's day such as loving your neighbor.

Mike didn't even use the Gospels as evidence, while Shabir never answered properly to the statements and evidence provided by Mike and only tried to attack the Gospels, when they weren't even being referenced.

As for Mike, the truth isn’t on his side. He showed up and tried and made a lot of assumptions, which require a leap of faith to believe. Simply too many contradictions and forgeries in Bible to overcome.

Notice how he says that Muslims should not put Muhammad above other prophets such as Jesus, but he says peace be upon Muhammad every time he mentions his name but he does not when he mentions Jesus. Also if you notice (outside this debate) that Jesus is more attacked and persecuted more than any other prophets, deities, worships Gods or other religious beliefs. For example, when a person mentions they believe in buddha, Allah, Hindu, or that they believe in Zeus, there’s no issue whatsoever, the mood in the room doesn’t change and there’s no issue. However, once Jesus is mentioned, you can feel a distaste no matter where you mention his name, almost as if people don’t want to hear his name just like they use his name in vein. I believe that shows proof Jesus is the true Lord for the devil does not attack false gods.

What God is is the owner of majesty and perfection and he is the Almighty Creator of the heavens and earth, he created death and life and his perfect attributes never change, GOD IS IMMORTAL HE DOES NOT DIE, what God does however, he does as he wills in his infinite wisdom, Almighty Allah is far above his creation and does as he pleases, Almighty Allah is able to forgive the sin of his servants through his infinite mercy without any pagan like sacrifices let alone attributing partners or a son to the Almighty who is unlike his creation or anything that the mind can imagine that is the ultimate injustice/blasphemy to God and is a very grave sin (if one does not repent from it before death). Christianity is a word that came well after Jesus pbuh left as he did not call himself that and it was then heavily influenced by the pagan traditions of that time much after Jesus pbuh was gone. Then the corruption and confusion in the bible began, that's why you find many different books and gospels by so called men such as Paul who claim to have had "visions" and or "inspiration" from God, altered the true message that Jesus pbuh originally preached to the lost tribe of Israel and not to humanity which was to worship one God as he said he did not come to abolish the law. Also the arrival of the prophet mohamed pbuh was mentioned in the bible as the paraclete which means the comforter the counselor. Hope this helped. And the geographical places, cities, historical figures are all correct for Christianity, but if you look for evidence of mecca in the 7th century or earlier there is nothing. There is no archaeological evidence at all for mecca at that time or before. It could not possibly have been a large, prominent city because of its position (in a desert) and the lack of a good water supply. The entire cult is a fiction created much later.

peter pan hey Peter Pan, if you read the Old Testament you can see that the Israelites would sacrifice animals (lambs, doves) etc. They did this as a command from God the father, pretty much killing an innocent animal ( which represented Jesus Christ who died in the future) the Old Testament all points to a man who would come to sacrifice his life for the sins of the world. If you look at the sanctuary in the Old Testament, you will see it was all symbolizing the real sacrifice that Jesus suffered. Islam was prophecied in the bible in the book of revelation as well, if you read the bible to find error and to purposely look for contradictions, it will be difficult to see truth because you are coming with a proud heart. If you take Jesus and his sacrifice for the sins of the world, if you remove him from the equation, as shabir said that we do not need an innocent man to die or we don’t need anyone, then what was the point of the sanctuary in the Old Testament? Which points to a coming messiah. The enemy, SATAN, does not want to acknowledge Christ’s sacrifice, if the enemy can make you believe that Jesus did not die, even though Jesus himself said that no one can go to the father but by him, then you reject Jesus, that’s exactly what Satan wants. HUH Clipz as human beings, yes, you will have doubts, because we cannot see things physically there or because we don’t know everything. But when it comes to this topic, I don’t know, it feels like shabir no doubt a skilled and disciplined debater. BUT, If you base your truth and your foundation on what men say, you are not building a sure foundation. Jesus said the wise man builds his house upon the rock. The foolish man builds his house upon the sand. When the rain comes tumbling down, which could be trials, doubts tribulations etc, the man who built it on sand will tumble and fall. My heart breaks for those that genuinely desire a relationship with God, and are struggling. But If you don't believe in Qur'an and your don't believe in the Injeel, then you have made your choice. The Qur'an tells you that the Injeel is the word of God. The Qur'an tells you that the Bible is the word of God. But Saul spent an important part of his career attacking the church, but his zeal for God allowed him to be used as a tool. Some Muslims really desire a relationship with God. And We have prepared for the disbelievers a humiliating punishment." Muslims need to believe in all the scripture that came before it. But by their own words they will testify against themselves on the day of judgement if they do not believe in the Bible. The Bible is the scripture that came before then (according to the Quran). But again I agree with you, but you have to differentiate between my beliefs and my evangelism.

Paul, the author of most of what is referred to as the New Testament, swept everything that Jesus (pbuh) taught under the carpet. Jesus himself denies what Paul taught. The real Gnostic Unitarian Christians were slaughtered by the thousand by the Church even as late as the 15th century. The Church murdered philosophers and men of science to silence them. Jesus never heard of nor mentioned any trinity, Though trinities existed in some 16 earlier religions that Vhristianity borrowed from as it was useful to unite people by incorporating earlier pagan beliefs that people were happy with. The unification required such a compromise. But it was a deception that continues to this day. How could Jesus have sacrificed himself for man as he himself denies this. Even Jesus himself says: “I will have mercy, and not sacrifice” Matthew 9:13 ... So is Jesus lying?

If you don't believe me, read Mark 14. Jesus then went on to be accused for blasphemy (again, something he didn't deny) and was sentenced to death since Jews at the time thought blasphemy was unforgivable. The Quran was revealed by God (Allah) through the Angel Gabriel (may also be known as the holy spirit) directly to the prophet Mohamed pbuh and established in his time and was memorized by heart before even being put into text. Please don't blind follow and do some research, read the blessed Qur'an with an open mind. Islam calls you to worship the one true Lord of the world's who has no equals and can not be imagined in this world. It even says in the Bible that God almighty can not be contained let alone in this world, also mentioned that no one can see God in this world and live. In Islam seeing God is considered the ultimate reward even higher than attaining paradise itself that's how holy the Almighty is considered and revearead in Islam. Christians are confused in understanding what God is and what God does. What God is is the owner of majesty and perfection and he is the Almighty Creator of the heavens and earth, he created death and life and his perfect attributes never change, GOD IS IMMORTAL HE DOES NOT DIE, what God does however, he does as he wills in his infinite wisdom, Almighty Allah is far above his creation and does as he pleases, Almighty Allah is able to forgive the sin of his servants through his infinite mercy without any pagan like sacrifices let alone attributing partners or a son to the Almighty who is unlike his creation or anything that the mind can imagine that is the ultimate injustice/blasphemy to God and is a very grave sin (if one does not repent from it before death). Christianity is a word that came well after Jesus pbuh left as he did not call himself that and it was then heavily influenced by the pagan traditions of that time much after Jesus pbuh was gone. Then the corruption and confusion in the bible began, that's why you find many different books and gospels by so called men such as Paul who claim to have had "visions" and or "inspiration" from God, altered the true message that Jesus pbuh originally preached to the lost tribe of Israel and not to humanity which was to worship one God as he said he did not come to abolish the law. Also the arrival of the prophet mohamed pbuh was mentioned in the bible as the paraclete which means the comforter the counselor. I also wanna add that as Muslims we believe in and respect Jesus pbuh as a mighty prophet of God and was saved from his to be murderers and will return one day to affirm Islam and deny the falsehood and lies that were unjustly attributed to him after his departure, we as Muslims worship Allah the way he wants us to worship him, Jesus pbuh use to fall on his face bowing down to worship God the way Muslims worship and (no offence) not sing or dance around etc.. @Zechariah12.10. Yes I do. I was shocked with the layers of lie that islam was built on.. First, quran was never perfectly preserved, as cfm by sheik Y.Q. Second myth that Mecca is in Saudi was busted when Mel proves it didn't exist in old maps & Dan's report that there is no archeology finding there & early mosque qiblat directed to Petra instead. Now the myth of Islam origin is under scrutiny. The thesis makes a lot of sense because the earlier Gnostic Christians sect call Jesus Muhammad, even before islam's muhammad was born.
