Her Blondie album is still one of my favorites, the disco remix from the early 2000s of the album is clearly off the charts, driving around listening to it in the car at full volume is incredible on a good stereo system. She is one class act, a true trailblazer and actually a great human being, she has stood up for so many causes and used her celebrity to help, and at the same time wise and nobody’s fool. I met Debbie backstage as she was leaving for an after party on New Years Eve 1978, the only celebrity I ever really wanted to meet. She was as cool as they come, kissed me on the cheek, said happy New Year and I haven't washed my right cheek since then.

Saw the band recently play at The Paramount in Huntington, NY and it was night that I won’t forget. She made an awesome entrance and the crowd went wild! One of my idols, and celeb crushes lol.
