I saw Debbie Harry when I was on my way to see Fleetwood Mac at Newcastle Arena . She was sitting in a tour bus outside Newcastle City Hall when I passed by ( on my own) I waved at her and mouthed ‘ Hello ‘ She waved back and said hello too ! What a fabulous night I had🥰🥰

Her Blondie album is still one of my favorites, the disco remix from the early 2000s of the album is clearly off the charts, driving around listening to it in the car at full volume is incredible on a good stereo system. She is one class act, a true trailblazer and actually a great human being, she has stood up for so many causes and used her celebrity to help, and at the same time wise and nobody’s fool. We need more like her

I was trained in darkrooms. Film , paper, chemicals were expensive We used expensive tape for recording. Better have your chops up and ready to go when recording.

I met Debby once back in the 90's when she was doing jazz performances with the Jazz Passengers. I can tell you that she was every bit a kind and sweet soul as you see here. Everyone remembers her as one of the most beautiful women on Earth and yet she is so disarming. Debby Harry is an absolute treasure.

I ran into her once, literally ran into her. I was entering a breakfast place in the Village in NYC, she was coming out the door and I was going in and I walked right into her! I apologized profusely and she said "don't worry about it honey", it was in the early 1990's.

I met Debbie backstage as she was leaving for an after party on New Years Eve 1978, the only celebrity I ever really wanted to meet. She was as cool as they come, kissed me on the cheek, said happy New Year and I haven't washed my right cheek since then.

Saw the band recently play at The Paramount in Huntington, NY and it was night that I won’t forget. She made an awesome entrance and the crowd went wild! One of my idols, and celeb crushes lol. The first time I heard a Blondie song was in bride of Chucky and I fell in love with the band and of course Debbie ever since. Was very happy to see her on late night. She looks great!
