How did you unscrew the weights sir? I have a problem unscrewing it. Did you use an Allen Key?

The weights at the bottom appears to be too heavy. I can see the swaying on your film. Use washer rings if possible to stabilize it even more.

BUT I have to add one thing. Make sure the 'hub' at the top of the handle is tight! When my unit arrived apparently it was loose. That mucked things up big time.When the hub is tight, you can also tighten the little tension screw (with the plastic 'C' handle) down FULLY. It does not have or should be loose. Everything TIGHT, if the ball pivot is binding that is not correct. Slight correction; the socket the ball pivot fits into does rotate freely. And the slot should face you for excellent lowering of the camera for smooth low level transition. Unscrew the handle from the pivot and you will see what I mean. A threaded stud connects the handle to the 'hub', insert the stud, tighten, then thread on the handle.I have everything TIGHT and it works like a charm! I have seen that a drop of lube oil might be needed for smoothness on the ball/socket for ultra smoothness. I was extremely disappointed in the initial balancing until I discovered that play in the handle/hub connection. Also, because of this, tightening the tension screw locked the ball pivot in the socket.

After I did this, I found that I could hold the handle horizontally and maintain stability. Just another option for getting the shot.

you are talking about camera equipment when you cant even you use own... just get the whole stabilizer on the shot so we can see the whole piece!
