You can do this with discipline and perseverance. I would only use cash from now on. Credit cards are too much of a temptation to overspend. I also would commit myself to thinking about money in a different way. I look at it as a vehicle to save money in order to make more money. Also, I probably would generate more income by getting a 2nd or 3rd job and working like a dog to earn a ton of money in order to pay those debts down. It won't be easy and it will be painful, but in the end it will be rewarding and you will feel an amazing sense of freedom and calm when you're debt free.

I don't know what your income is or how great the debt-load is relative to that. But you asked how we would tackle it, and as difficult as it seems, I would prioritize the personal loan first. That's a person who helped you, not a nameless faceless company. They threw you a life-preserver when you were drowning and deserve the most consideration. But, I will also say, I filed bankruptcy when I was around $60k in debt. You're more than twice that, and I don't see any student loans on the list. Is bankruptcy an option for you?
