A few times I was criticized at the dog park because my dog thought she was a human. How does someone make that assumption? How is it my fault if in fact she does think that way? And what difference does it make? For what it's worth, my dog is a Jack Russell. 'What's in it for me?' is first and foremost in her approach to life. Doing what her owner wants is secondary. Pleasing other dogs is a distant third choice...

You’ve missed the actual point. It’s not that the owner causes the anxiety or anxious behavior per se. Of course dogs are different and have different histories. Rather the problem is that the owner doesn’t know how to bring a dog that is anxious into a calm state. Your video shows a lot of bribing with treats. That doesn’t give the dog a path to different state that strong leadership provides.
