We have the knowledge to split atoms, create machines that can peer light years into space, make literal miniature black holes, and even attempt to bring back extinct animals through embryonic implantation through it’s closest living ancestor. But still can’t find a cure for something so minute and simple as balding??? Like seriously come on! These greedy bastards probably already know it by now but would lose millions - if not billions if it became known, that’s all it is.

Started losing my hair at around 24. Went deep into denial about it, moving my hair to cover up the patchy spots, but by age 27 I couldn't deny it anymore. I cut it short, but it showed bad, I was still too young to be balding. It really affected my self esteem. Never had a solid crisis, but it did suck at first. I eventually started to listen to Joe Rogan talk about balding and worked up the courage to shave my head, hands down the best choice I've made regarding my hair. I look badass and my confidence is way up, though the beard and hitting the gym definitely helps, and luckily my skull has a nice shape to it, I was really worried I'd have a fucked up cranium.

I have some information to share with you that is not commonly known. In early 2022, my hair was thick and dense, but by the end of that year, I experienced significant hair loss, resulting in decreased thickness and density. However, I was able to regain control of my hair fall by adopting several positive habits. Firstly, I eliminated junk food from my diet. Secondly, I began exercising for 15 minutes daily to improve blood circulation. Additionally, I started drinking lukewarm water on an empty stomach every morning to aid in detoxification. Finally, I switched to Littleextra's safe and natural cocoonion shampoo and oil, massaging my hair twice a week and washing it after a few hours. As a result, my hair fall has reduced, and I have noticed new hairs growing on my scalp. In conclusion, it is possible to control hair fall by adopting a healthy lifestyle and positive habits.

The thing is, some people have the face shape, the skin color and the bone structure to rock the receding hairline or the full bald. And some...do not. For example, I relied on my thick, wavy hair to compensate for my less than average looks. Styled correctly, it gave me a more intellectual flair and represented accurately how I felt inside. Not beautiful, but comfortably average. Now that I am balding, my greatest asset in the looks department has been removed. I'll get over it of course, but I do not look good bald. At all. And to people saying it's all in your head. No, it really isn't. People look at me differently now, and it isn't a favorable difference. You shouldn't lie to people going through a difficult experience. My one consolation is that I am not a balding woman. That truly must be hell and I have great sympathy for any sister in that predicament.

Husni Hassan Ok ok, I didn’t mean it like that. What I tried to say was that cancer is much more important than hair loss so I figured they should be researching a cure for cancer more than hair loss. Ngl though, I do love my hair a lot.
@husnihassan9037
@husnihassan9037 4 жыл бұрын
@@DashLashBoy Then I apologize to my other comprehensive comment. Every body issue is just as important as cancer and we can afford to invest a little in other efforts given the recent improvements in treatment. I just have a strong reaction to the behavior of minimizing something we can make progress in just because a more pressing issue is on the table. That mentality spreads like a virus and if we always prioritized more serious issues, society would never have advanced to what it is now. We'd likely still be in medieval times. Sometimes, it's the less serious issues that give great information that can pave the way to other resolving other issues. Often times, this results in an accidental discovery. Not to mention that the sooner it is explored, the sooner we can observe long-term effects. Marijuana is, unfortunately, in the middle-zone because of narrow-minded individuals in the past who chose to follow a propaganda and demonize something that could be good.

I don't know if this can help you. But here's my theory about balding. 1. Testosterone, is a necessary hormone and is essential for muscle growth and strength. 2. Stress, causes you to become tense and tighten certain muscles commonly but not only in the face and head area. 3. Posture, poor posture tightens certain muscles which, with correct posture would not be tightened. Especially with people who live a sedentary life, the muscles at the back of the head will tighten to keep the head facing horizontally. 4. Magnesium supplements, have been shown to decrease the rate of balding and is known to be a muscle relaxant. 5. Peppermint essential oil, has been shown to be more effective at reducing the rate of balding in men compared to Minoxidil a anti-hypertensive vasodilator medication. Peppermint is known to be an effective muscle-relaxant and stress-releiver. 6. DHT, like testosterone is essential in the development of muscles, blocking DHT then causes decreased muscle-growth. 7. Scalp massages has been shown to increase hair-growth, but not reliably. 8. Botox injections to the brow area have been shown to increase hair-growth as an unintentional side-effect. Based on this, my theory is as follows. Chronic activity in muscles at the brow area, scalp and back of the head create a situation similar to a swimming cap which prevent hair from receiving the nutrients it needs. This is caused by, stress, poor posture and poor nutrition. The genetic link then would be your propensity to become stressed. However more importantly, the way you deal with stress and how well you take care of your body which are epigenetic factors, not genetic. Now, consider the fact that the hair-loss industry is worth 4 Billion annually they have no incentive to tell you about this link. In the worst case none of this will work, but you're at least decreasing stress, correcting your posture and eating healthy. Which has benefits across the spectrum.

Bald and make no apology for it. I love being bald and only wear hats when outside for hours (see picture). My hair was thin as a child and by age 20, people would tell me I’m going bald. I waited, in excitement for many years, the day that I would be bald. Now, I’m a bald man that many women are attracted to. Not that I care. I do what I want. Stop caring what other people think, it’s not your business. Besides, they are all imperfect.

Eh, well recently I've been to skid row in downtown LA, saw lots of people who clearly were in the streets for a while (dirty, disheveled and unkempt, unfortunately). with full head of hair like no other. thick and plentiful. It is safe to assume that drug use plus a poor diet was at play. You can't get the best nutrition living and panhandling in the streets. It is mostly genetic and it is why it is emphasized. These were more about debunking myths we've all heard before. But I agree it should be giving more mention. It is mostly about genes than food as diets vary throughout the world.

I was going bald. I was always wary of it but noticed how bad it was at 27. Had to fight with my doctors to get the medication I’m on. I’m not going bald. Men, do this: Finasteride pill, once a day in the morning Minoxidil once a day in the evening. Finasteride stops the hair falling out; minoxidil encourages hair growth. I turned 28 in February, and after a year of treatment, my hair is thick and healthy again. Ask a dermatologist to prescribe both medications, and thank us later.

Lol, overwashing your hair causing it to be oily is not a myth. I used to wash my hair daily, and whenever I stopped for (even just a day) it became disgustingly greasy. One summer, I decided to bite the bullet and see if I can extend the time in between washes. At first my hair was an absolute oily mess, but over months it readjusted. Now I wash my hair about once every 3-4 days, and it's still nowhere as greasy as when I used to wash it daily.

Guys losing hair ain't no joke..I am almost 40, start losing hair, like not bad bad but it was noticeable cause my family will tell me, when on you tube to look for any natural treatment cause I didnt want it to spend money on commercial treatments, I try alpha vera which it's really good for your hair to look good but doesnt make it grow, anyhow..after watching so many youtube videos I try this one which states not to used shampoo ever or I could say do rinse your hair as you take a shower but dont use any type of shampoo ...well I've been doing it for the last 2 months, I still loss hair but the usuall i guess you can say, but the part where it was so noticeable its growing and its growing thicker which I am surprised..I thinks stress has lots to do with losing hair, my nephew it's only 28 and he start having the same issue, he was using (hims treatment) but told me he stopped cause some second effects so I told him 2 weeks ago about what I start doing and he called me yesterday saying that he can already notice hes hair not falling much and that he can see some parts of his scalp are growing ...now listen I am not telling you to do that, this is my personal experience but if you like to try it and which is the best part(its natural and dont have to spend any money on anything) you should do it, try it for a month by not using shampoo or anything but water and you will see the changes, I really hope this helps anyone that is going through hair loss.

I knew where the journey was going whenever I took a look at my father. I started balding in my mid 20s and tried all the stuff they advertised: Alpecine, Propecia and so on. But all that stuff proved either useless or too expensive. 4 years ago I said "F**k it!" and simply shaved my head and it was the best solution to the problem. I fortunately have a good head shape and a body to back it up (by far not like the Expandables, but quite sporty). Now I don't have to stress about my hairdo in the morning, don't need forever to dry my hair after showering and safe a ton of money since I don't need to go to a hairdresser and don't need hair products. If there ever is a simple, affordable solution to get my hair back, I'd try it out, but for now simply shaving the head is the best solution for me.

Guys should also check out the channel "Kevin Mann" which gives advice on how to save your hair and take up the fight against baldness. You don't have to give up at the first sign of baldness, you can actually save your hair. But at a certain point of baldness it is of course just better to accept it and shave your head bald. But if you in the early stages you can still save your hair or even if you have severe baldness you can still do hair transplants.

It's called detumescence therapy, which is daily targeted massage. Google scalp fibrosis to find various sources of info on it. I paid for the ebook from a site named perfect hair health. $50, but definitely no regrets because the technique used in the massage is as important as doing it at all, and that dude lays it out really well, and has a demo video.

Yeah man, i reversed my thinning/ balding with dethumescence therapy too. Sometimes after two days of break and not massaging/pinch my scalp, i was using warm water and was scraching my dead skin from the scalp with my nails. This process accelerated my hair regrowth. DT is the Best thing in the world that saved my hair and my confidence, along with no porn and no masturbation. And imagine this. All of these things are for free and they will change your life.

You go bald if you do 100 pushups, 100 situps, 100 squats and 10km running every single day for 3 years

I started losing my hair when I was 22, I'm 29 now and I kinda got used to it... Pros: Don't have to go to a hairdresser, don't need to waste money on expensive shampoos, don't need to comb my hair... Cons: Looks, cold at winter if I don't wear a hat

@rorz yes and yes, but you get used to it, especially if you're like me and you lost it while you were young
@Contagious93812
@Contagious93812 2 жыл бұрын
@rorz i know that might be upseting but it is not a big deal.if you already have low self esteem it may hurt you. personally i was really upset about it when it happened because i was a good looking guy and young and i was in denial and I even wanted to get a transplant surgery when i was 24. nowadays if someone would offer me a hair transplant surgery for free i would still refuse it. i figured out that being a man is not about the looks. being bald is a normal thing for a man. if you start losing your hair just trim it down or shave it. you don't even have to grow a beard- look at zinedine zidane, he looks better without hair than with it,,, if you still haven't lost your hair there maybe are ways to save it,, I won't give you advice on that because I personally tried many things and nothing worked. the best thing you can do if you go bald is to embrace it and stay confident.

DHT does not dictate muscle mass. Not even a tiny bit. It is purely a androgenic hormone, zero anabolic. Testosterone gives you the muscle. High 5ar-enzymes or DHT is not an indicator for hairloss. It is purely genetic, which is why some bodybuilders can use steroids for decades and still have hair finasteride lasts more than 16 hours. finasteride has a much much longer half life in tissue, and once it is bound to the enzyme, it will stay there until the enzyme dies. Meaning you could use 5mg finasteride once a week and have the same effect as a once daily dose. In fact, 0.1mg of finasteride per day is as effective as 5mg per day

Why TF is this a premier? It's like "want to know the answer to life's biggest question, male pattern baldness? Stayed tuned to find out". I'm not gonna watch this tommorow cause it's not interesting enough to keep my attention until tommorow, I have other stuff to do other than remember to watch a video on why men go bald.

The great thing about a premier is that you can take park in the Live Chat and tag your thoughts and discuss with others 'Live'. We hope you take the time to come back, but understand if it's not your thing and you have other things going on. We appreciate your interest either way.

otherwise this would've gone up at the same time anyway. only difference now is that people can chat about the video before the premiere is being converted to a video. it's not that they delay the upload schedule just for the premiere
