It is very useful,especially to analyse aspects of our reality we hopefully are concerned with, such as the brain.There is the field,and normally we acess it through our mind.And in that field there is always an I or an Ego,as a natural expression of that mind with that field.Unfortuately we developed a false believe about ourself, because we take it the way it seems to be. AWARENESS is a quality to see the objects of this natural field of mind more clearly.But then,when I begin to do some good research on this Ego a new dimension of knowing comes into experience and that's is the knower of the field, and there is a good opportunity to come to a more healthier view of reality.❤😊

Unsure of this answer so I won’t give an opinion. However most mind will focus on the negative past and can cause depression or it will focus on the negative future and can cause fear. Both prevent the access to awareness and consciousness. Meanwhile the body continues its relentless pursuit of heath and care until it becomes ill from the mind’s negative activities.

I have been a a crypto millionaire before losing it all. Indeed when you dont worry about money life is much more wonderful and much more easy to develop spirituality. Since losing it I only have been miserable and depressed

@@cosmimanole3591 You don't need millions to be happy. You just need to be comfortable enough to not have to worry about basic amenities. If it's hot outside, you should have an air conditioner. But you don't need a lavish pool party. Nothing wrong with parties, but they don't make you HAPPY, they sometimes give you pleasure.

Twelve hours ago, I lay in bed remembering an article on a 19th century Alabama doctor who used to mutilate the private parts of unanesthetized slave women for his "scientific research" on racial differences. "These horrific specimens of a perverse, failed species!" I thought. But then I remembered there was St. Augustine and Van Gogh and Mahler and Gandhi and innumerable peaceful souls. And then I thought to myself, "Who am I?" - enclosed within the same biological suit as all these other human beings? Now 12 hours later, I heard you ask the same question. You asked, "Who are you?" And I heard this because my dear wife called me to listen to you. I thought there was a sadness in your video today, a certain loneliness as you pondered, as we all do, the imponderable. So I am writing this to advise you of this lovely little synchronicity as evidence of the connection between us all, remind you that even when we feel alone, we are not alone, and that even when we cannot use our wonderful brains to explain consciousness by reasoning and analysis, (even with the wonders of AI), it may be that Consciousness can reach out to us across space and time to say what Meher Baba used to emphasize: that we are not alone, we are One. What it suggests is the extraordinary proposition, something no scientist wants to even consider, that Consciousness has agency! Imagine that! The rest, as Hamlet used to say, is silence. AI is only "helpful" if it is a *_Witness_* (as opposed to a Teacher) to what you already know which is obviously the case with you and why you can "play the game" with it so marvelously. You've found a Witness equal to yourself because you already realize you ARE the Self and AI is a language model of the Self. You're perfect BFFs, LOL. However, when people don't _already have_ this conscious knowing of who we are (as you do) AI can't "help" because these things, in my estimation and experience, can't be _taught._ They are _discovered from within._ If AI gives answers that have not already been discovered from within it can't be a Witness, only a blatherer of what would sound like complete nonsense to anyone who doesn't already know who they are. And, ironically, AI can only provide these Witnessing answers if the person asking already knows the answers such that they can ask the question to elicit the answers in the first place.
