Beautiful indeed, but I’m curious about the arrangement which doesn’t seem to fit with the original Debussy work. Is this your own arrangement? In some ways, this version is more haunting, so not criticising, just asking

Do you really think that 'embellishing' the original is justified Jarod? Personally I think it's unnecessary. But I guess I'm a purist and like it the way Debussy wrote it. Anyhow, that's just my preference. You have supporters here who like it a lot. It is a beautiful piece.

haha On the grounds of justification, not only do they sound decent enough they most importantly helped me with intonation and playing the piece at the time, but also I get bored easily and am more of a creative spirit than a typical classically trained prude (not saying you are one but I do in fact have my gripes with the classical world especially flutists haha) thank you a lot tho, in conclusion, Debussy doesn’t need embellishments but I do :)
