You need to set up a clear vision and strongly feel that "you can do it" and this is done in your other part of the brain (prefrontal area) .It's the battle between fear vs belief inside your brain and which orders you want to follow in the end.

This is probably one, if not my favorite video to nourish the soul and heal the heart...Arnold is right...we all fail, we all loose...some more than others, some harder than others...and at the end of the night you have 2 options...Option 1- give up...Option 2- get up and fight...I almost took option 1 over a failed relationship. It’s never 100/0...own you faults, own your failures...live from it, learn from it, grow from it...and then...fail again...and again...and again...but each time you get back up, get back up, get back up...do not go gently into that good night...give it all you got and on the nights you’re laying in bed wishing you gave more- try again and get back up the next day...never give up hope on yourself...even if all you have is 1% hope in your heart- you can still fight...whoever is reading this, I hope you fight...and choose option 2...go all in, ever give up, always try and believe in yourself ~RJC
