Akala ko, sa first time na napanood lang ako naiyak dito, but everytime na inuulit ko, naiiyak parin ako. This song remind me of my dad who passed away 9 years ago. Lahat nag flashback. Yung pag asikaso sakin ni dad nung bata ako tuwing papasok sa school, yung mga time na ipapa-experience nya sakin yung mga bagay na kami lang dalawa yung magkasama, yung joy nya mabigay yung mga kailangan at gusto ko. Naalala ko, iniipon pa nya yung mga sachet ng sabon at shampoo dati na may prize na discount sa mga fastfood, tapos dadalhin niya ako sa mcdo tapos ako lang yung may kinakain. :') tinatanong ko pa sya bakit water lang sa kanya.

I am now in the middle of frustration because of work. I attended the Aurora Music Fest as I badly wanna see December Avenue and to sing along with their amazing tracks. Luckily for us, they performed this song for the first time live. I remember I had to listen to this again and found this MV. Growing up without a father, this really made me emotional. Thank you so much December Avenue for this wonderfully made MV and song ❤

I came from a very toxic family, at halos buong buhay ko ginagaslight ako at verbally abused ng sarili kong ina. Pero nung nag start na ako sa work, some random kid became my little brother. Now, I'm very happy na kinoconsider niya ako na bilang kapatid niya at pati na rin yung family niya. I grew taking care of him and making him happy. And he's also making me happy. It's really heart-warming to know na meron ka pala sweet at caring na qualities kahit na galing ka sa toxic family. Akala ko kasi wala. 😭 I'm making a huge difference and I can relate to this song. Isa akong single Dad na bumubuhay ng 2yr old , sobrang relate ako dito dahil nag abroad rin ang asawa ko at iniwan kami ng anak ko sinayang nya yung 8yrs naming pag sasama sa nakilala nyang lalake. Sinakripisyo ko mga gamit na mahahalaga sakin para makapag abroad sya para dapat yun sa aming pamilya kaya ginawa koyun. Grabe ang hirap ng sitwasyon ko 6-10am ng umaga lagi ko schedule sa food panda kumita lang ako ng 100-200 a day iyon na ang pang araw araw naming pag kaen ng anak ko, hindi ako makapasok sa ibang trabaho dahil wala kaming kasama sa bahay minsan pinatitingin ko nalang sa kapit bahay namin anak ko tuwing aalis ako ng umaga, napaka sakit sobra gustong gusto kona mag patiwakal pero tuwing sasalubong anak ko na may ngiti sa kanyang labi yun nalang nag bibigay lakas sakin para lumaban sa araw araw. Lord! Parang awa nyo na bigyan nyo ako ng malakas na damdamin dahil sukong suko nako sa buhay ko 😔

At first hindi ko inexpect na ganito yung magiging MV, I thought it would be for lover in a healthy relationship since halos puro pang-broken mga kanta n'yo. Pero yung MV saktong-sakto sa meaning ng kanta. I didn't came from broken family pero naiyak pa din ako sa message ng MV.
