Thank You! A return to respectful discourse among ppl who may or may not agree. \o/ You remember, just like grown adults used to be. I know for some it's a crazy idea. It's a skill, let's practice it. 🙂

It's sad that some people are so quick to unfollow over things like that. I can understand people unfollowing after an extended period of repeatedly hearing the same perspective that they disagree with if they're not getting anything out of any of the videos that they find valuable, but to immediately unfollow after once hearing a different perspective from someone who has been showing such open-mindedness to new perspectives is pretty sad. Keep that mind open, and keep being you.

People that don't want to hear differing opinions exist on both sides. Brainwashing is a huge issue and the brainwashed can't handle any variations from what they believe is true. It's one of the biggest issues in society. There are people deeply ingrained in ideologies of the Right and the Left, and then there are people that just want the truth and they want people to be real because real people are fleeting. I personally love your voice, personality, and deep thinking ❤

I love that you're authentic, and you talk out what you're thinking about, which is the best way to go vs overly scripted things! And why you're getting so many views/suscribers etc! Rock on! I've been away for a while, but need to go back and listen to the other video i missed while I was working! You're spot on- there is lots of wrongs in history, but its important to remember that history going forward!

Truth is very rarely kind. Being able to face reality understanding humans are flawed and often mistaken but willing to learn, grow, and improve is what makes us so special.

It's so nice to see young people break free of what their environment has taught them for years. Go and explore for yourselves, read, study and come to your own conclusions. It's tough for some people to accept the truth but, you can't argue with that and the facts. In addition, we have got to move forward in ALL aspects. We can not live in the past and use it as a crutch or reason to look at people in a certain way. We need to move forward, speaking the truth and to power and as hard as it is, accept what it WAS and change it for what it can be.

@ct6852

It's good to be independent in your thinking. That's maturity. No human has all the answers. And every political party has blind spots. Just the name of the game. Humans can be, and often are, selfish. And any of our traits can be taken to an extreme that brings trouble for ourselves and others. I think that's why it takes all types in society. We help each other on our journeys, and aide one another in seeing what we can't always see ourselves. We can help moderate our extremities, and help strengthen our weaknesses. Plus it's just fun to make friends with different experiences, and perspectives.

Hi from a new sub in Australia. Much love and love much is what it's all about. We need to stop shouting at one another and stop ingesting the daily doses of division, peddled by only a few who stand to benefit from spreading hate. As for cursing, I'm an Aussie so go your hardest and I'll never be offended hahaha. Just for the record would've voted for Shane Gillis too ;) Take care xx

don't remember who said it but: "those who do not study history are doomed to repeat it!" The reality is, the only difference between history and current events is time and there are always two sides to every story. When you are 70 you will probably tell the the story of the 2024 election and the impact it had on you. For you it was an eyeopener, for others it either a huge triumph or an unmitigated disaster. I doubt there were many who didn't pay attention at all.

I thought your video last night was great. You always want to be honest and speak truth, even if it offends some people's world view; it weeds out the weirdos and the cultists who can't stand hearing things they don't like. The corruption and ugliness in both parties is great; the main difference is that Republicans aren't sneaky about it, while Democrats are insidious.

Humans, even if we look at just humans who are like us, have been around for at least 200,000 years. If we look at just the history we have been able to know, there have been many brutal times.

You could say "have a great day" to a thousand people and someone would find a way to be offended. Also I've unsubscribed from channels for a variety of reasons that have nothing to do with them personally or their subject matter. You'll probably lose subscribers who come to a place where they need to back away from politics or decide to delete a bunch of subscriptions to manage the amount they keep or a hundred other reasons. I'm not a content creator but some of the ones I follow mentioned they had to develop a thick skin and enjoy the positive feedback while learning from the negative feedback but not dwelling it. Just keep being objective and kind and I'm sure you will keep growing!

The vibe in your last video was negative, but I decided to stick around because I felt you weren’t the type to dwell on negative topics all the time. You have your views, and that’s okay, but at the end of the day, if your vibes are more positive than negative, I’ll be here.

It's easy to be offended and upset It's never easy to truly listen and reflect. Or rather - it shouldn't be, imo It's through the difficult moments that we can learn the most. Orderly manner, huh? Lucky. My thought process is always convoluted, nevermind when I go off on a ramble. Good to know that I'm not the only one that goes through that mess, though (can be an autistic trait for many of us). Here's an ide'r -- assuming you're not vegetarian - is there a butchery you go to for specialized meats? Down here some foods aren't available due to regions and distances. Just wondering if an Alaskan Butchery is much different from ones in the Continental area. If you are a vegetarian - what kind of regional or native veggies or plants do you like to grow and or purchase? Is there a specific type of meat, veggies, or fruit you wish would show up more often in your area? Do you or your partner like to cook? I'm always open to learning a new recipe, even if I can't eat it (food aversions, let's just go with that).
