Hello, can you talk about blender animations in blender? Are they limited to 1 second? I had 2 objects with animations in blender scene only 1 animated and it seemed like only a very short portion imported

Not in the DCL marketplace but you can display it on your LAND and have it link out. If you want to make wearables, you can submit an idea for approval.
