I have struggled with self-doubt for the longest time. I have a habit of second-guessing myself a lot. It has hurt me in the past because I was always indecisive, procrastinating, confused & uncertain of the next step to take so I didn't always take that risk or the plunge to move out of my comfort zone. I realized that I was only delaying my growth & betraying myself in a way because I did not trust myself or believe in myself enough to make a leap of faith. I have heard from other podcasts in order to conquer doubt is to get ahead of it before it deters you. Go with the flow, go with the impulse...trust that you are being guided.

AZIZ 46.. A month ago, I was so scared, depressed, I was just out of the world alone. I've listened to lot of musics, tried hypnotics, spent a lot of time in youtube. But never found any useful video as your's. Also you've cleared all those questions in my mind as well. I doubt my self everytime, I decided it is just my character. After watching your video, I learned the word and the meaning of CONFIDENCE. At first, I wasn't able to change immediately. However, after practicing I feel much better. Thanks a lot. God Bless U:)

We're all in different seasons of healing, ranging from "easy for you to say" -to- "I'll give it a try." I've been through all of these stages and empathise fully with those who aren't in a season where this advice will work. All I can say is.....for ME.....this is POWERFUL stuff right here. Just TRY IT. If it doesn't work yet, perhaps you need more of the long-winded explanation behind this no BS strategy.....as I did a while back. But if ANYTHING.....using this simple method and finding it effective has highlighted that I AM healing and much closer to a healthy social place than I was before. Best of luck to all who watch and a HUGE thanks to you, Dr Aziz. You're a LEGEND.....

Awesome video. On point. I've noticed that people with confidence don't second guess themselves after every little thing they say (or do). They just blurt it out and people lap it up as if it were the best thing since sliced bread. It's not so much what you say, but how you say it. A non-confident person could say the same thing and it wouldn't be as well-received (people would be rolling their eyes, squirming in their seats, looking around the room bored, etc.). It's a very interesting phenomenon.

Breakthrough Moment It really is about the confidence you carry and how you deliver that confidence. The more you practice it the more it becomes who you are. Thanks for watching and commenting.

This is true...most of the times I censor myself, just because im afraid that it "might" have bad consequences. and this "might" actually applies to only 5% of the situations. So Im losing 95% freedom just for that 5%.. But there is something that stops me from being freely myself, and that's the fact that not everyone is honest with you to mention your mistake in a nice direct way... sometimes its just easier for people to criticize you on your back, then you will start getting weird reactions without knowing what is exactly wrong! I know people around me that do the same, and I see how others draw out that person and even make fun of her/him. I think before trying the real practice of being myself, I need to learn how deal with the social reactions and consequences of it...

I gotta implement this asap my self doubt is so crippling I doubt myself at religious gatherings at work and to approach women ir start a relationship its tough but the same time strange cos I went through a period over 5 years where girls were all over me in every part of my life I was terrorised by women lol not to brag but afterwhich Ive started to isolate and not bother to go out or to have friends the self doubt has grown immensely although I dont think I have much more to worry about than the next guy.
