Today we shall be elucidate the deeds of the Tetrarch of Vespator: Decimus Androdinus Felix.
Among the first Primaris Space Marines created by the Arch Magos Belisarius Cawl, this scion of the Ultramarines earned glories aplenty in service to his Primarch.
Appointed personally by Roboute Guilliman to serve as his Equerry, Felix fought by the side of the Avenging Son during the Plague Wars of Ultramar and fights to restore it's former glory.

Yeah, he kinda does that and pretty early on after the breaking of the legions, the Scythes of the Emperor were the 11th company of the Ultramarines (after the codex) before becoming a thing of their own.

With the exception of chapters who have problems with their melanchromia organ (I think that's what it's called but realize I may be wrong here) like the Raven Guard and Salamanders, theoretically Space Marine's skin is supposed to get lighter or darker depending on the UV radiation in their environment. So oddly enough, it kind of makes sense that in one picture an Ultramarine has dark skin and light skin in another.
