Reduction of simple-decision-matrix simplified to T-chart can result in pairs of pros-cons - contunuum-range maintained, category clarity as title. This is good if you only have 1 stakeholder, how do you do the scoring if you have 10 stakeholders?

This approach pretends that it is quantitative, but it is not, its a fool's mission. How do you ensure robust quantification (unless you have used pairwise comparisons)? Are all scales the same? Do the 'weights' mean the same thing in each category? Are some categories linear, some logarithmic, some hyperbolic? Who knows? How is cost a 'quality' that gets a score, when it is a threshold parameter. The calculation, if there is one, should be the dollars per evaluated point of the non cost items. Are there threshold parameters and 'drop-dead' parameters? They are binary and cannot be scored.
