The added consistency of Nu2 is a godsend. A midrangey version of the deck with more room for non engine is viable now. Also to deal with the Machine lock, try the lvl 4 Magikey ritual. Not only is it a perfect 2k attack, but its also a tuner. If you run Manju instead of Diviner, you can go into lvl 8 synchros or rank 4s now.

hello, why after "drytron nova" is activated, how he can keep summoning from the extra deck, the vanity's ruler and ritual monster ? Because "drytron nova " say "You cannot Special Summon monsters, except monsters that cannot be Normal Summoned/Set, the turn you activate this card." so he supposed to summon only effect drytron monster ? If someone can explain why he can keep summoning monsters please ! :D

Pute drytron were kind of underwhelming, now people have reasons to go pure since the DAD is meant to be the end all be all boss monster here. And it's actually not that bad like say if the fairy toolbox is banned out of existence

They are "bad" in term of game-design. Konami tried to take away the degenerated Herald fairy stuff 4628 negates to.. give them another unga bunga negate on legs. The gameplan of a "pure" Drytron deck is now ending on fafnir+alpha draconids+vanity's ruler. Super funny and interactive deck. Anyway besides adding some Ritual Machine or Drytron stuff, I don't see the deck performing with the New cards in competitive. The current decklists are much better.

The New cards won't change anything to the deck in competitive setting, it will remain rogue at best. And even if the deck still performs despite the broken fire stuff around, once people will side their Droll/Bystials, Drytron will just cease to exist.
