I don't know if I understand it right or not but you can't -2 Ral and then cast a copy spell without a legal target in the stack to begin a loop. You can't play a spell without a target in the first place.

Yea I definitely got that wrong I think it only works with expansion and explosion

How it works with expansion // explosion? I think its the same, once a spell is n the stack, the other "half" cannot be chosen to be copied.

i really like your idea of the deck. i just ordered cards for my veyran deck and i am excited to play it and see how it performs 😊 but i don‘t know exactly in which direction i should build the deck… i‘ve seen other videos/impressions where the focus is more on the token strategy (with zada)… which sounds cool… but i also like your idea of extra turn spells and the goal of copying them. what is your opinion? are 35 lands and 6 mana artifacts enough in this deck? i can imagine that with all the cantrips you „scroll“ fast through the deck and get the landdrops, right? 🤔😊

I honestly don't run much ramp just arcane signet , talisman and sol ring and a bunch of cantrips and I hit land drops and everything just fine I don't know the exact number of lands I have lol I'm at work without access to my deck lists but I think I hsve like 33

I run lotus petal to just for turn 2 veyran but not necessary I don't think

Plus with stuff like birgi , storm kiln artisan and urabrask I always have more mana than I know what to do with

@@GoToCombat thanks for your answers 🙂 sounds really cool 😁👍🏻 what do you think about the strategy with tokens (young pyromancer, talrand, metallurgic summonings, murmuring mystic,...) and the pingers (guttersnipe, fiery inscription, electrostatic field,...)??

I personally don't run them I prefer the more combo or like 50 extra turns approach just because the tokens and pingers feel slow as where the extra turns I have made a turn where I have 125 extra turns after that one and everyone just scoops because that's pretty much game

I just did it that way because I have gameplay of this one on the channel and like when I watch a deck tech I wanna see how it plays before I build it
