To gird your loins means to take the hem of the robe and stuff it in your belt exposing your lower legs so you could run. It meant "get ready" or "prepare yourself". Also, GERD, or Gastro-Esophageal Reflux Disease, is a condition in which the stomach contents move up into the esophagus. Basically, it's a severe form of acid reflux that requires prescription medication to control. If left unchecked it can turn into esophageal cancer.

The dungeon can be absolutely brutal but that was unfortunately an unforced error 1:12:00. Gotta keep that head on a swivel and really be sure you’re clear since those ravs kinda camouflage themselves in the dungeon. Good luck in this next phase! I’m really enjoying all the hermits runs. It’s been very enjoyable seeing how everyone’s playing the game and able to find strategies that work for their skills and play style. I think what has impressed me most is that he has designed a game that has the player vs player aspect and/or the player vs self/dungeon. You can run the dungeon to improve yourself or to compete amongst your piers and both ways of playing are insanely fun.
