The gilding is the color of the sky. Or water. I love it.

I love the gilding of that nature tarot deck. It's the color of the sky and you see it everywhere in nature as a background for the trees when it's not too cloudy. If the video doesn't distort the color, i see it on the pictures of nature in that deck too. So I was surptrised you said you didn't see that color on the cards. It's such a beautiful deck. Thank you for showing it.
@divinecycles184711 ай бұрын
Yeah, on video it looks better but in real life it's more of a turquoise color. it's a beautiful deck, one of my favorites!! But to me the backs and edging clash so much with the gentleness of the deck . Still a great deck though 🤭

Intuitive Life Coaching is such a good deck and so many cards. It's been so accurate in my personal readings and readings for others. Also, I was SO against Light Seer's but then it ended up being a favourite. It's good for me when I'm just pulling cards for general advice or other people. It's non-threatening lol

Thank youuuu 🥰 the intuitive life coach rarely gets any love !!! One of my absolute favorites! And I agree about the lightseers ahahaha it is certainly non-threatening! So good for reading for others. Thanks for watching 😀

I love how you say the herb is the medicine or the antidote for the card! Thank you! I have had this deck for 30 years and that never occurred to me!!! 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ i am an herbalist as well as a tarot reader and some of the herbs I just could not figure out how they were chosen!!!! Btw, when you were talking about TdM I was like oh my god! Someone who actually pronounces TdM correctly! How refreshing…..not realizing until later that French is your first language!!!! That really made me laugh! Fun video, interesting decks!
@divinecycles1847 Жыл бұрын
Wow thank you!!! That's a big compliment coming from someone with so much experience with tarot and herbs 🥰 I was staring at my cards one day and thats when I thought to myself that the herbs must be the medicine ! Do you have any good resources about herb medicine? Or how to read with TdM?? Maybe other herb decks are similar to this one? I have the herbcrafters but the guidebook isn't my favorite. And yes, it always cracks me up when people try to pronounce french words 😆 it's kinda cute. Thanks for watching :) I actually watched your decluttering series - LOVED IT!

Have the same issue with the regular size light seers. That card stock is just miserable i wouldnt ever reach for it. I'm loving the little pocket tin version.. I can shuffle it so nicely.

I recently got the pocket Light Seer's Tarot; I already had the regular size. Love it. As I commented elsewhere, when it comes to small decks, Hay House does it right. The pocket is basically the regular one, just smaller, even the book. And I also did get the Angels and Ancestors pocket too; I also have the original one. Having a smaller one is nice for doing spreads on a small desk; my home workstation space is limited, so smaller deck works better for working on the desk. Thanks for sharing. Paz y amor.

It is interesting to see what decks are used in a year. I didn’t know they had The Crow tarot in a pocket version! I do love the Light Seers. I also got the tin version this past year. I find that it tends to be my go to deck. I don’t consciously grab it, it’s just how it works out. Also I’ve been drawn to my Nefertari deck. It’s a beautiful deck. I agree though, I also have the The Egyptian tarot and I just can’t connect to it. The green character in the Nefertari deck is Osiris. He was Isis’ husband/brother. He was killed by Set. He was dismembered and scattered. Isis found his parts and brought him back to life.

Hi. Great video! Do you have the name of that first TdM deck? Its gorgeous. I think it may be an OOP deck. There seems to be no copyright on the front.
@divinecycles1847 Жыл бұрын
Thank you!! I believe it's called ' Le Tarot de Marseille ' by Paul Marteau. I don't know what year it was published. There is a copyright on the cards that says ' J.C Duserre - Paris ' let me know if you find it! I'd love to know which year it was published lol. Hope this helps !

Would this fabric softener trick work on rose petal finish? I don't use them but if you have heard of it working on rose petal then maybe I'll go buy a box of fabric softener sheets.
@divinecycles184711 ай бұрын
I actually tried it recently on a rose petal cardstock deck cause the cards clumped all together ... Surprisingly it did help! I used unscented fabric softener , gently rubbed it on both sides of each card. It's worth trying if you ask me! I tried it as a last resort cause on that deck cause I know I would never use a deck that shuffles like shit.Lol

All The decks…love em’ lol. Funny short story about Light Seers Tarot, I when I was practicing riffle shuffling in the beginning of my divination journey, I was using that deck and well…yeah, suffice to say that wasn’t the greatest of ideas. So to anyone who is practicing certain shuffling methods, specifically learning to bridge, light seers may not be the best of choices, lol. I’d be fibbing if I said quite a good bit of cards didn’t get mangled in the process…🥸
