I’m completely reorganizing all of my dresser drawers, folding my clothes like marie kondo, and setting up a closet system that works best for me! I keep EVERY clothing drawer organized! 🥰 but usually I procrastinate organizing my PJ & swimsuit drawers so sometimes those items will be sitting on the laundry chair for a few days before getting put away 😂

I keep mine quite organized but when I'm too lazy to fold the clean stuff I just throw it in a pile in the middle of my wardrobe and wait to be motivated enough to fold it all and transfer it into my neat Konmari shelves/drawers... Which is something I should do now 😂

My undergarment drawer constantly looks like a tornado went through it 😂.

@@kaylacarter9014 I find that the 3x3 or 4x4 (or similar) dividers work magic for those! Just roll everything up and every piece has its own home 😁

My pj drawer because I have too much and never wear them so I always end up throwing them in there just so they fit 😅

I was a young military wife when I was about your age. Watching your videos really gives me the energy to do my housework and memories for sure. I think you do a great job of taking care of yall's home and decorating as well. I grew up with my dad being in the military as well, so, I know the life and also, I know all too well the budget you talk about, lol. Military wives make it possible for servicemen to do their jobs, having an independent wife/family means the world to the people serving. Thank you both so much for all y'all do for our world.

my pj drawer is usually my messiest too! but i also have like an obscene amount of socks so that’s pretty crazy too! but i always keep them in pairs, so it’s not as bad as it COULD be hahaha, also, it just depends on how much is in my drawers to what method i use to fold them. i’m weirdly picky, and also super picky about the way certain things are folded! but i don’t mind doing it all the time, because i’m so particular about it. hope you have a great weekend allison! :)

I think we're very similar like that! Very picky about how I want things done, but I don't mind spending the time to make it that way!

I do the Kon Mari method of folding Yet to be honest I have been doing that method of folding since the early 1980s Yes Predating the Kon Mari craze ~~~ I saw how my dad folded his clothes when he packed his duffel bag to go on West Pac....he was in the Navy for 27 years and it's the most efficient way of folding clothes To roll and or trifold items into small packages

I almost didn't part with any of it, but I didn't reach for it last winter when we lived in a colder climate and I definitely won't be needing it here in California! If we end up somewhere colder again I'm sure I'll really enjoy refilling that drawer :)

Agreed - that grey, pink & white scarf immediately caught my eye - so pretty - but, if you are in a warm climate, keeping is just using up needed space.

I use the same folding method! Probably my husbands drawer of GoG because he just grabs without keeping the drawer pretty in the morning lol

Well done great job! Maybe it might be worth labelling those clear drawers permanently ..... I found it really helped me keep organised when I knew exactly what was supposed to go in each drawer.
