Very very thanks sir for this valuable information. Sir, it means that we should provide higher rebar to lower floor column which satisfies to upper floor column practically .We cant provide lower amount of steel to lower floor column than upper floor column thou it passes by design software. Sir can we say that column works only floor to floor action , that means it doesn't matter with vertical continuity regarding to its sectional dimension and required area of steel (Ast). In short my question is ,Can we leave lower sectional dimension of column and lower amount of steel (which satisfies the design) to that of the upper column practically on site? Sir ,Please make video on continuous beam and single span fixed beam, Regarding its mandatory requirement of continuity of top and bottom reinforcement, sectional property of beam through all span of continuous beam and their placing of top & bottom reinforcement. Can we design continuous beam as a fixed beam each span separately. Does it necessary to maintain same extra top bar at both side of intermediate support(column) or Is it necessary to maintain continuity for extra top bar ( for hogging moment purpose)? Can we provide different amount of Ast for extra top bar (Top curtail bar) to beam at both side of intermediate column support for continuous beam as per their own Ast requirement ? Because RCDC gives symmetrical bar arrangement for extra top bar which is max Ast among both side of intermediate column. It requires to provide unnecessary excessive Ast for extra top bar of continuous beam at one side of column due to maintaining symmetry of extra top bar at intermediate column (Max Ast among both side of continuous support for extra bar) .Does this symmetry maintain for moment distribution purpose or balance hogging moment at intermediate support ? Sir please make video on above topic ( Continuous beam Vs Single span fixed beam).

If same situation occurs in shear wall also where reinforcement in bottom is high than it gradually decreases than gradually starts increases in upper floors

You can't ever design for there being no moment even if everything is perfectly symmetrical. The dead load will cancel itself out on either side but you still need to account for a ULS variable load on one side that is not on the other which would induce a moment.
