what you forgot to mention and what would've made the night much easier if you had known it was the fact that nightmare can only 2 real laughs per night so after you clear him twice you can be assured that every laugh after that is 100% fake

He does memtion this in later videos so I'm assuming he just didn't have that knowledge back in the first FNAF 4 vid.

THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN, YOU'RE THE MAN! Just beat 4/20 mode! Summary of my run: I don't think I perfected the non Nightmare gameplay, I just tried my best to focus the door I heard fast footsteps from, and holding the flashlight on the bed until I heard any footsteps, switching doors if I heard fast ones on my way to a door. I probably would have done better if I memorized the foxy footsteps like with Nightmare. I didn't use a timer, I just listened for 3 seconds before flashing or closing a door. I held doors for about 5 seconds and then immediately flashed and went back into the room instead of listening to the door again. I flashed the bed whenever the room started flashing noticeably after clearing a door. In my successful run, I managed to keep Foxy out, but when he did manage to get into the closet, I think I only ever managed to survive 1 hour by holding his door for about 5 seconds when he appears, then flashing the bed while listening for footsteps, going to where I thought the steps came from, clearing the door, and then holding foxy's door for about 5 seconds and hoping there was time to stop the other door. After this I would flash the bed, but long term I wasn't very comfortable with doing the strat for the whole night. Once it was 4 am, I did as the guide said, just listening to the cues and going to the door matching the last sound cue played, and holding the door until I heard the alternate sound cue, and listening for new cues until it stopped and then checking the corresponding door for the last sound cue. If I heard a laugh without footsteps and I happened to be holding a door, I let go and flashed the hall to confirm if he's still on the door, if so I held the door again and did the usual. If he wasn't at the door, then I flashed the bed followed by closing the closet until the usual sound cues played.

I know its been said many times now, but these videos are really well done and underrated! I was a a huge fnaf nerd and have been revisiting the fandom lately, and to know how the ai works after all this time is super super cool, along with a look at updated strategies to beat the games. Glad to be about your ~559th subscriber, will be cool to look back on when this channel inevitably gets big.

I just went on a little fnaf spiral after watching the movie (I’ve always been interested in the A.I mechanics of this series) I stumbled upon your videos and I was obsessed! I’ve watched all your guides watching you dissect fnaf 3 and 4 were my favourite. Your editing and gameplay were top notch and I also think you’re really beautiful 🫶🏻 which helped contrast the scariness of watching these 🫣

Watching this video has made me realize that a hypothetical mode where you lose immediately if Foxy gets in and Nightmare doesn't show up would be super sick to watch someone be super good at. 1:10 you're still braver than me, playing this game. When I was 11-12, fnaf spooked me, and I didnt want to even see it. When FNAF 3 came out, Springtraps character design scared me so much that I started avoiding the Play Store altogether, just to avoid Springtrap in the FNAF 3 logo, and then after seeing FNAF 4 characters, my fear of the franchise was solidified. I'm 19 now, and I've finished FNAF 1, but cant finish FNAF 2 10/20. I still think Springtrap has the scariest character design, and haven't even played the game
