I think when we see Justin and Tony in the dark alone with someone else that they’re still trying to cover Tyler’s tracks by selling his guns. In the teaser trailer we see the three all together so maybe it’s something along those lines? Also, the shot of somebody with Bryce’s body, it kinda seems like it could be Clay and maybe that’s why he looks guilty. I’m not saying that he did it, but maybe saw something, went to check it out, saw that it was Bryce and just walked away without calling the police?

I say that it was Monty at the bridge with Clay, Tyler, and Ani. Maybe Ani knew what shady stuff was happening and was told to get away from the scene. She probably listens and then it’s just Monty, Clay, Tyler and Bryce. Maybe Clay tries to protect Bryce after he’s gotten beat up by Monty at the football game and is severely injured. Maybe Monty takes a gun from Tyler and aims it at them. But then Clay tells him to stop but still shoots. Everyone gets out of the way except Bryce who is still fairly injured. With the bloom from the shot, maybe Bryce fell off the bridge and died from blood loss and high altitude. Tyler and Clay then run from the scene where Clay is in his car getting emotional and going home when he sees the police car. Tyler might’ve hitched a ride with Justin and Tony after as in the first trailer you see them all together. Justin and Tony probably didn’t see the shooting, they might’ve been asked to pick Tyler up. Maybe Clay was actually sad and went to his funeral, but then started realizing “Hey maybe Bryce being dead is good for the world.” That’s when Ani starts asking if Clay did it and Monty asks Tyler if he told anyone. If this isn’t true you can swap out Monty for Mrs. Walker and it’ll make just as much sense.

I had a theory that some how seth ( justin’s moms boyfriend or ex boyfriend ) was involved in some way. I don’t know, maybe he didn’t kill bryce but had some involvement. I think it’s gonna be someone really unexpected I don’t think it’s clay or justin or jess.🤷🏼‍♀️

that last shot with Cyrus, Zach, & Justin. that’s their dance outfits from the S2 finale which confirms it will continue straight from that last episode. and i think it’s pretty obvious everyone is gonna have a thing to talk about where Bryce did some petty things and everyone will be questioned for it. my prediction of who did it was Monty. my second option is either Jess or Chloe. I don’t think they’d pick Justin. it’d ruin the point of his character development. but can’t wait.

My top 3 is 1. Chloe- Chloe was always just terrified of Bryce from the way I interpreted her. She found out Bryce raped her and that she was pregnant. She was probably terrified and overwhelmed. 2. Mrs.Baker- Justice for Hannah and she was the one who lost the most through the series. She wants girls to know that rape isn't okay. 3. Jessica- Jessica just wants to stand up for what is right also justice for Hannah Bonus: Justin because he doesn't have a whole lot to lose. He felt terrible about jess and going to jail would also provide protection from his stepdad.

The gun at the end of the trailer is Clay’s that he got from Tyler and Cyrus in season 2. He goes to kill Bryce with it and Justin talks him down before later telling him to give the gun back to whoever he got it from, but he never does.

I don't think it was Clay, would be way too obvious. There will be a twist, I feel it's either Hannah's mom, Bryce's own mother or someone totally unexpected. I do feel it's Clay or one of the people in the main group who kicked Bryce to identify his body in that part

I think that NONE of the people that looks guilty on the trailer are actually guilty bc what would be the point of making a whole season on this I believe that we are gonna see multiple faces being accused AND they are gonna have motive and oportunity Until the last episodes where a huge plot twist is gonna happen where we'll figure out who did this (Just like pll)
