The stupidity of this tax is that, in scenario 3, where business makes a profit of 1 lakh, they have to pay 18% and then for the remaining profits, they have to pay Corporate Taxes.. So basically dual taxing of the profits... Long Live India Corporates..

I can't even blame her anymore the reason for these high taxes are quite reasonable because 1. BJP wants to provide freebies to the poor people of India otherwise their vote back would be affected 2. Increase in miltary expenditure because of rising tension in south asia 3. Poor performance of the Indian unicorn startups resulting of many debts being write off as bad debts 4. Large disinvestment of foreign investors I'm not defending her but now I think she is over hated The only good thing she can do is to reduce taxes on loss by the domestic investor.
