Can we showcase shift allowances as variable pay while negotiating other companies

lets say a person has 15 lpa fixed + 3 lakhs variable pay and total CTC as 18 lpa. While calculating tax slab should we include 3 lakh variable pay also? If yes then didnt we supposed to pay tax for that as well? If not then how much tax is applicabel for that 3 lakh during the credit. Since tax slab varies based on differnt differnt partitions. Can you consider a situation of the above case and make a video please. Thanks!

If one receives full 3 lakh variable pay, then yes.. the amount considered will be the actual received amount and not the one in paper
