ஐயா, எனது தகப்பனார் 16/10/24 அன்று இறந்து போனார். அவர் voluntary retirement person. அவர் ரிட்யர் ஆகி 10 வருடங்கள் முடிந்தது. அவர் தனது இறப்பதற்கு பின் பிள்ளைகளுக்கு என்று grauity கிடைக்க வேண்டும் என்று ஒரு படிவம் தாக்கல் செய்தார். நாங்கள் மூன்று பிள்ளைகள். (திருமணம் முடிந்தது)அதில் முதல் மகள் ஊனமுற்றோர். 1.இப்போது எங்களுக்கு grautity கிடைக்குமா? 2. அப்படி நாங்கள் gratuity வாங்கினால், அது எனது தாயாரின் ஓய்வூதியத்தை பாதிக்குமா? 3.எனது அக்கா ஊனமுற்றோர், அவர்களுக்கு ஓய்வூதியத்தில் பங்கு கிடைக்குமா? 4.நான் மற்றும் எனது அக்கா கையெழுத்து இல்லாமல் gratuity வாங்க முடியுமா? Please konjam sollunga sir.

If your employer is covered as per payment of gratuity act with 10 employees or more and if you have 5 or more years of continued service, they must give. if they are not, you can initiate legal action. Pls consult a lawyer.
