Or that this conspiracy theory of a perspective is the source of an incredible amount of animosity, and the people who bear the brunt of that are tired of being demonized. What's critically necessary is better thought process and theories that are grounded in accurate evidence; causal links between the data collected in the real world and whatever explanation is put forth.

@@soymoder what is the conspiracy here? you can actually follow through all her arguments and logical connections and challenge them. make the effort and try that. conspiracy theories, on the other hand, have no way of discussing their validity. they are obscure and vague. there are differences and it requires intellectual work to see them. if you are willing to do the work, instead of being lazy and calling names, then go for it, if not, save your disinformation rant for yourself in the mirror.

Dear Celia, I think when you mention "South America", you may mean Latin America (including the Caribbean)? It's important to think about our use of language. The most populous Latin American nation is Mexico and it is geographically North America. Then there is Central America.

Jesus Christ I came to see if there's anything rigorous in feminist academia and I got weird journal politics and worrying about popularity... along with totally random references to other domains with which she obviously doesn't engage in at all. If you want to criticize the modern economic value system, DO IT, don't just assume its bad... I don't think I've heard a single argument in this whole speech.

10/10 best pseudo presentation I ever heard. There is a problem with the endgame though, once gender has been ousted how are we going to promote the rights of females? Uh oh! Catch 22!
