The hard part with doing things like a tool library is if somebody just keeps the tool or sells it. How do you track who has it at any given time? Or how do we add more tools? I'm working on building my own soils at home for gardening and making teas. Not sure what kind of garden i can get away with, but I'm looking up permaculture. I want to learn how to identify the microorganisms in the soil and balance the food web with a compost specific to each soil sample. Not buying nutrients and soil amendments. Though I'm still working on the water quality of city water problem. That's what makes it expensive to keep. We only need to fix the soil and house water. I want to get involved in all these things going on in San Antonio, but haven't looked up any local organizations yet. Starting with my home. Beginning to meet people and find this world little by little. Need to find work doing this.

very cool! as for the tool library, think about it like a book library. people check out tools, they return them. Theft shouldn't be as much of a problem as you'd think.

Perhaps a mix between singaporean, israeli and russian regional planning. And watch the Verbände economy in Germany.
