Deconstruction of 77 Southbank Boulevard - Melbourne Arts Precinct Transformation

The deconstruction is nearly done at 77 Southbank Boulevard!
The former CUB building has been deconstructed to street level, with the basement levels of the structure expected to be removed by the end of the year.
These finals stages of the deconstruction are in progress, preparing the site for the construction of The Fox: NGV Contemporary, which is set to begin in 2025.
We’re delivering the transformation of the Melbourne Arts Precinct through Melbourne Arts Precinct Corporation (MAP Co), in partnership with Arts Centre Melbourne, National Gallery of Victoria and Creative Victoria.
