I don't think that's the norm.... he had his first kid at 18 but he's like 26 now. He's not amazing for doing the bare minimum (not leaving his kids) but because he's been a consistently amazing and loving father for the past 8 years who goes above and beyond for his kids.

Another tip on the detergent.. if you loosen the twist top to the detergent bottle it will pour out faster.

You can also start the water of the washer and rinse out the cup in the water or the washer that’s coming out when it fills up.

Laundry soap cup idea, What I do is as my washer is filling up after I pour soap in washer I rinse the cup under the running water as the tub is filling up. Perfectly clean and rinsed off, then I snap it back on my bottle till next time. I have never let it wash with my clothes but you do what works best for you. I Love your vlogs! Your such a great, loving and fun Dad. Keep moving forward and keep smiling 🙂

I used to do this too, but just recently got a new washer and dryer. The new washing machines work differently and don't pour the water out like that any more. You have to close the lid first.

Another laundry tip : Open the screw top on the other end of the detergent bottle when you pour and it'll come out faster then screw the cap back again to close/seal it. I noticed when you were pouring earlier it was "slow" but you can make that flow faster by letting the air release with unscrewing it a tad bit to release that pressure
