Thank you Michelle. It is a discontinued planner which is very rare and difficult to find. Your best bet would be eBay? The sticker was from Target which is also now discontinued.

happy The Originals are nice, Saffiano is nice and durable. Those are the only models available right now that come in those colors. There is also the purple Calipso, and the purple Malden.
