I've always wanted to start an airbnb business. Right now they are absolutely thriving. Around me, here in San Diego, you can't find anything under $300/ night which is insane! I feel like price have doubled in a year or two. Thanks for sharing all of this! You've definitely earned yourself a new subscriber :)

In the past 4 weeks we launched and I have many updates to report. I'm a bit behind with the whole cain series but have 2 more videos done & ready to publish, and a few more on the way! :)

My wife and I are looking to buy something similar for ourselves when we move to Vancouver in the next few months. Hey Ross, my go-to website is Rew, it's one of the best real estate platforms in BC (in my opinion). There's a lot of different functions on there & it's a good way to research different properties across the province. Good luck finding a place :D

Hey Al, great question! Yes, we'll have high speed wifi setup on the first day we have the keys so that will be good to go for guests :) . And we're not ready to give out the exact address yet, but it's on Okanagan lake, Eastside Rd, in Vernon. Hope that helps!
