I want to try 4 inch wide ribbon on a artifical tree & wonder if it works? I did a "test" and it seems harder to tuck it in the tree & now I am thinking maybe using floral wire to hold it

Would be great if when you are placing the Decorations could you tell us the amount of decorations per foot of tree please.

The usual rule is one item per foot. So if it’s a seven foot tree, seven items. But I guess that also depends on how big the items are. Decorating isn’t a recipe. There aren’t always exact amounts; you’ve got to be able to eyeball it and get a sense of spatial awareness.
