Water Lilies: The Japanese Bridge (1923): This masterpiece uses tones of browns, oranges, maroons, and rusts. The Japanese Bridge is a famous piece of Impressionism. Pack within his remit was the dominant topic for his paintings in the late 1890s, however it was treated differently. This painting was created between 1920 and 1922 and contains dense swirls and loose colour strokes. The painting's intensity makes the bridge practically invisible, while the colours are among his most distinctive.
