I watch all your videos and today I found it necessary to send you an email of how I connect my O2 concentrator. My heated hose (Resmed Climate line Air Oxy) has an inlet port at the machine end which accepts the O2 hose directly without an adapter. I use an Airsense 0:07 10 with a Dreamware under nose cushion or a n30i. In both cases I tape the top air vents (on top of my head) closed, to keep the O2 from being vented out before it gets to my mask. I also use a Wellue O2 ring and found my SPO2 increased by plugging the top vents. This allowed me to decrease my O2 from 5LPM to 3LPM while maintaining an average O2 of 94%. Noise from masks is a problem. My issues are defusers. I prefer noise as I breathe better without a defuser. I can't use the Brevida mask with its defuser. I also use Bio Filter which lowers noise level a bit without affecting air flow. It would be great if you did a video on these two-defusers and bio filters. Great video on adding O2.😊

I add 1cm of pressure with vcom for FF Vitera and have it mounted at mask inlet.

I use the allergy ones and a bio filter. The filters work well and resolve my allergy issues.

Question; since the elbow attachment has vent holes, what percentage of O2 do you lose at that point.

Would be interested to know how you guys titrate sleep apnea patients w/ supplemental oxgen in the sleep lab. Is this only for those patients w/ COPD etc or also patients with severe apnea to keep their sp02 92+?

Re oxygen adapter, if it's goes closest to mask why does the resmed heated oxygen tube have to connector at the machine end

I just bought the headgear from Knightsbridge and I hate it! All the photos and your KZbin channel make this look like it’s the answer to using a nasal Bipap mask. For me it is not comfortable, it rides forward covering my eyes and the ear holes are big and floppy and for the price I felt it was overpriced and poorly made. So, I’ve asked for a refund. I’ll keep searching for a decent strap.
