I know I'm late but I just found your Channel a few days ago. And both of you are wonderful. My wife is from Jamaica and I am from the US. Well with 18 years of marriage under our belt I've never really cooked her a Jamaican dish. So I saw your video on how to cook ackee and saltfish I followed it just like you said and it came out wonderful she loved it. And then today I said I'm going to go 242 and I cooked curry chicken and I also cooked it with the Cabbage that I learned to cook when you did the saltfish and cabbage video. And I had the curry chicken with the cabbage and white rice. Thank you so much

Hi daddy chef I am watching this for the first time, and I am thoroughly enjoying the commentating as well as the instructions on cooking cabbage. I’ve been cooking for many years, and if I say how long and I’ll be telling my age😄😄however one of the things that I do like the most about Jamaican food is the Jamaican cabbage. One thing I did notice that your daddy didn’t put in there it was carrots is there a reason why he omitted carrots or has he done that in the past. Thank you for the fun video.
