I watched this one out of sheer curiosity 😊 as a Surinamese reading a recipe 'fish and bami' would be very unusual. Bami in our part of the world would be fried noodles prepared with chicken which is originated from the Javanese-Surinamese cuisine. Seeing this version of bami could be compared with our domri or domii pressed cassava used for porridge and soups. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe. I learnt sth new!

Hello hello dear family! I absolutely adore this channel!! Your father is precious love, and blessings to all of you and your entire family!! This recipe sounds absolutely amazing! A little pro tip though after you remove the fish you may want to place it on a cooling rack with paper towel underneath so the oil can trip down just so the fish won’t get soggy from lying on the paper towel alone that’s just something my mom used to do!
