I'm watching y'all again! Girl, your daddy always washes his mests several times usually with vinegar! Buttermilk adds flavor, and tenderizes the chicken whereas regular milk can't! I like how he double dips and press! This makes an amazingly crispy crust! I don't have a deep fryer yet, but I have a pot like he does. You go Mark, season that flour boy! Look at that wonderful golden crust! Putting it in the oven cooks it through without burning up the crust, especially the bigger pieces! Is that parchment paper? I'll be doing fried wings today. I don't have the exact seasonings that he uses, but it"ll be very highly seasoned too! Great job y'all!

Fry then bake! Thank you Deddy! I could never get the “Golden” Chicken because I let it fry too long at too high a heat and the inside of the chicken would have hints of blood, then I’d finish it in the microwave. Problem solved!Crispy and Juicy! Thank you Sir!
