I’m listening to the replay as i get ready for work 😊. I have 3 Xmas parties, plus my birthday, plus New Years Eve this month…ugggg. My December focus will be more protein, 2-3 meals and 1 snack per day, and getting enough rest/lowering stress. I’m not even going to specifically worry about exercise this month…if i do i do, if i don’t i don’t lol. I need to commit to tracking my food and staying within range; I’ve been going over every single week, time to stop the nonsense! Thanks for the video! ❤

I think if they did give calories it just expands the business. You capture the macro people and people like me who find points more mentally manageable you get them. Healthy living is not one size fits all why not find a way to include more people? Macro points and meds....
