At least for me this was a novelty kind of a joke song in high school! I grew up going to real clubs and listening and dancing to real dance music progressive house real DJs that mixed on the fly with vinyl! No cheesy over produced pop shitty so called club crap lol! I don’t know where you live or what kind of mainstream clubs you went to? But, this is not club music or dance music unless you are clueless of what real dance music is! Yes this is a joke - almost as pathetic as dancing the Macarena lol

@@micahjared8082 That’s subjective. Just because it isn’t your taste doesn’t mean it’s not pure. There are still many rap artists that are still carrying legacies that other rappers did. Are there some rappers that don’t have much flow, swagger, or wordplay? Yes, but just basing modern rap out of those small populations of rappers is a really horrible comparison. Maybe stop being so close-minded when approaching music tastes and stay in your lane. Even if it’s an opinion, you could have worded that a little better… ;)

Someone who moves to the music!! I can never fathom how so many 'reaction' sites have people who just sit still and listen - how is that possible? If you are really loving the music you shouldn't be able to stop yourself from dancing. So you immediately get a hold star for that AND you don't stop the track umpteen times at crucial points - really - save the talking for the end - I can handle the odd 'their crushing it' type comments during the track but not long in-depth analysis (usually completely wrong anyway). Anyway, this English groover enjoyed your reaction to an old club classic - and I appreciate your restraint in all the right places. Sometimes less is more - in fact most of the time less is more. If you fancy trying a female opera singer you can't go wrong with Maria Callas. I promise you won't be disappointed and she had a fascinating life - swallowed a tape worm to lose weight!! Allegedly. Cheers from Sunny Cornwall UK. ✌️❤️
