YES on the cleaning the dishes by hand! I’m the same way, no matter how advanced tech those dishwasher may be, they can’t CLEAN CLEAN and catch all the grime that you otherwise would inspect as you’re washing by hand. It may take longer, yes, but I’m at ease knowing it’s properly cleaned.

Usually, I don't look forward to cleaning, but this video makes me look forward to it! Thanks for the links to the products that you used. Because since I had covid, I really need to give my house the deepest cleaning. Plus, recently I had some kind of respiratory infection that I caught from the pharmacy that I work in.
