That generation of Yukon was not designed with ease of cleaning in mind, i cleaned one regularly before the owner upgraded to the new Yukon that carried 4 preschool age kids

18:35 The front seat belt tensioner can be separated from the seat by splitting apart the plastic clamshell by the metal hole where the belt loops through. There is a T30/10mm bolt holding the belt to the seat. No need to remove the entire tensioner.

13:50 - Pretty sure that clump of "hair" was actually mold. Certain strains of mold create flossy strands that resemble hair, and given that you found a rotten banana in that compartment, that seems most likely. (Either way - ick!) These videos are always satisfying to watch.
