Lots of kneeling is hard for me. I had total knee replacement a year ago and still don't have complete feeling in my knee so I did the best I could.....Thank you!

Thank you Melissa! I've been trying your videos to help with my pelvic floor and breathing. My ribcage and hips are quite tight while my core feels disengaged and loose. I'm realizing my breathing patterns have a lot to do with the dysfunction and am working on remedying that! Thank you also for your gentle spirit!

Love the focusing on the breath. I’ve been doing it opposite for most of my life so this is great to know and fix. Finally finding those deep abs since surgery 6 months ago.
