Great vid! I don't agree with cooking pizza sauce, though. I always make mine cold and let the cooking happen when I bake it- to each their own though! Keep up the great work!

@art7s77 Thanks! My dad IS pretty awesome. As for the butter in deep dish - I think it's supposed to provide a sort of flaky element to the crust and perhaps even make it a bit more substantial. Thoughts, anyone?
