Hello, What is the best practice for pxeboot not to image unwanted PCs? I know before imaging you have to press few "next" buttons, still there might me unknown pc like Linux machines which do not need to be imaged. Is it to put password on pxeboot or adding manually Mac addresses of PCs to be imaged? In big enterprise, what are the best options? Thanks

Hey Pete I'm sure you could add a custom step to copy logs to a UNC path in your task sequence.

SCCM doesn't multicast like MDT? Although MDT multicast has been unreliable since WINPE 1703.

When I partition the disk it it goes straigh to (E:) instead of (D:), is there a way to fix it? either using powershell or a setup?

What goes to that? Is this during WInPE only?

@@PatchMyPC strangely enough it installs everything correctly but only names the Paritions wrong which causes problems when you log-in using the admin account, like you have to change the names of the partitions manually which is time consuming. I hope you understood how I explained the problem that I'm having :)

9:12 Just to add, if there are no task sequences applicable on the machine, the client will not even PXE Boot. Just my 2 cents :)
