Nice setup! I’m running a Fluval Evo 13.5 and a Red Sea 300XL. I love both tanks, but I’m a big fan of my nano. It really forces me to be picky on the fish that I put in there. It’s also much simpler. I have media, filter pad, heater and return pump. The big tank has a filter roller, skimmer, two return pumps, media reactor, and dosing pump.

Great video Cam! I’m just about to pick up this tank (first foray into this with my 8 year old daughter). A couple questions, since you seem to be well versed in all things aquatic! 1) I am starting with just fish, but will likely want to add reefs down the road…do you think the NICREW hyper reef aquarium 50 watt led light is sufficient? I was recommended to get the light shown in the video because it’s operable on an app and has more versatility in the spectrum Of blue lighting. Any thoughts? 2) I was suggested to get 2 clown fish, 3-4 blue green chromus and possibly a damsel (the damsel fish added last). Do you think that’s too many for this size tank? 3) For this size tank, how many snails, or shrimp? Many thanks in advance for your help! Your channel is super helpful and informative!!! Great tank, but that return pump is the first thing you will need to replace. After a couple weeks it will be extremely noisy. Guess you really can't complain for the price of the unit though.

Hey Cameron! Quick question, what return pump would you recommend for a waterbox cube 20? Looking at upgrading the stock return and was thinking a Sicce 1.5? Good option or is there a better one? Thanks mate

The Sicce is a great choice! You could always go for a 2.0 as they are adjustable

This is my next tank (well, either this or the cube). I’m into the whole nano thing, but my current Innovative Marine 10 gallon AIO is a little bit TOO nano for my liking :) Unfortunately it appears Innovative Marine withdrew from the Australian market a few years ago, if I could I would just get the larger model of my current tank.

No, we don’t normally need heaters in Queensland and they don’t come with lids. A jump cover is probably a good idea though. Cam
