I don't know why but I get the most strongest tingling sensation when someone just simply breathes in the mic, or you hear slight mouth sounds when they swallow or are about to speak (not the overdramatic mouth sounds some make that sounds gross and wet) I just love deep ear whispers, they tingle you from the core, I wish there were more of these.
